Mr Wallet is free. The Free plan has no time limit and no cap on accounts or transactions, and includes budgets, goals, debts, recurring transactions, CSV/Excel import and export, and multi-currency support (FCFA, EUR, USD). A paid Pro plan is planned but not available yet: there is nothing to pay today.

Yes, the current plan is free with no time limit and no cap on accounts or transactions: budgets, debts, goals, recurrences, import and export are all included. A paid Pro plan is planned later for advanced features (bank connectors, shared accounts), but no feature that's free today will move behind a paywall without reasonable notice.
