Privacy policy
Grey Workers Togo (Zanguera, Lomé, Togo), the publisher of Mr Wallet, never sells your data and never shares it with third parties for advertising purposes. This page explains what data is collected, why, where it’s processed, and how to get it back or delete it.
Who we are
Mr Wallet is published by Grey Workers Togo, Zanguera, Lomé, Togo. For any question about your data: contact@mister-wallet.com.
Data we collect
- Account: email address, password (hashed with Argon2id — never stored in plain text).
- Financial data: accounts, transactions, budgets, categories, tags, debts, goals, recurrences you create or import. No direct bank connection: data comes in through manual entry or CSV/Excel import.
- Audit log: every create, update or delete is timestamped in an immutable technical log, for traceability and security.
- Push notifications: if you enable notifications, your device identifier is kept to deliver them. Notification content never includes an amount or a transaction label.
- Technical usage data: IP address, browser/device type, connection timestamps — collected automatically by the infrastructure for security (abuse detection) and diagnostics, never for advertising profiling.
What we don’t do
- No selling or sharing data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
- No advertising, no ad trackers, no analytics cookie.
- No third-party bank connector in V1/V2: nothing leaves the app toward an external service without your explicit action (export).
- No sharing of your financial content with other users: your accounts, transactions and budgets are strictly personal to you.
Retention and data transfer
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists, then deleted per the timelines described below. The audit log is retained separately for security purposes, even after account deletion, for the period strictly necessary to detect fraud.
Your data may be hosted or processed in a country other than yours. We take reasonable steps to ensure an equivalent level of protection for any such transfer.
Legal disclosure
We may disclose your data if required by law or a competent public authority, or where necessary to protect our users’ security, prevent fraud, or enforce our legal rights. Outside of these cases and those described above, your data is never shared with a third party.
Data security
We implement reasonable measures (password hashing, HttpOnly session cookie, immutable audit log) to protect your data. No electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Cookies and session
- A technical
HttpOnlycookie, scoped to the session refresh endpoint, is used only to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookie. - This marketing site (
mister-wallet.com) sets no cookies and never calls the app’s API.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from a child under 13. If we learn that an account was created by a minor without parental consent, the associated data is deleted.
Your rights
- Export: get all your data back in CSV/Excel at any time, from within the app.
